Last year was so much fun, I’m doing it again — appreciating our healing community with treats & gifts — and this time with some teaching too.
These are the goals:

Teach about self-inquiry - taking our work from the papasan chair into your day to day life!
To answer your questions:
YES I’ll be making the same ultra-elevated hot chocolate I made last year.
YES there will be vegan and gluten free options
Teaching starts around 1:30
And I will be making an exciting announcement!
Because we will be doing exercises based on our work in session, this is not the event for your +1, your kiddo, or the friend you'd like to introduce me to.
No need to bring anything, and please no alcohol.
