In this 90-minute workshop, you’ll be guided to identify the body sensations that hold your stresses, and rather than trying to get rid of them like we usually do, you will turn toward and learn more about them.
You will then participate in Yoga Dance. You’ll be guided through some familiar yoga moves and then you’ll be invited to let loose and dance your own way!
After all you’ve experienced, you will integrate with a gentle meditation and (optional) sharing with the group.
No dance or yoga experience necessary!

Tracy Cordner is a healing practitioner - she uses energy work and compassion to help clients meet, learn to hold, and transform those tender places we all carry inside.
